Source 06 Will and Testament

This is the last Will and Testament of me James Blofeld of No 52 Bishopgate Street Without in the City of London baker. In the first place I desire that all my just debts may be duly paid and satisfied. And I hereby devise and bequeath all my plate, linen, china, glass and household furniture and fixtures of every description and kind whatsoever and all my stock in trade and implements of every kind used in and about my said business and all other my property of what nature or kind soever and also all monies I may now have or that may at any time hereafter fall into my estate together with all monies in the Public Funds of Great Britain and all debts and all securities for money due and owing to me at the time of my decease unto my brother William Blofeld and my son James Blofeld their executors administrators and assigns in trust to dispose of and convert the same into money in such manner as may seem to them advisable and to divide the proceeds so converted into money as aforesaid unto between and amongst my five children James, Robert, Sarah, Helen and Rebecca share and share alike for their own sole and separate use and benefit. And I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said brother William Blofeld, my brother George Blofeld and my son James Blofeld executors of this my Will and I hereby revoke all former Wills and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said James Blofeld the testator have hereunto set my hand and seal the sixteenth day of August one thousand eight hundred and forty four. James Blofeld
